Katie SullivanHow Clinical Evidence Drives Formulary Decision-Making
Laurie Wesolowicz, PharmD, director, pharmacy services clinical, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), says that clinical evidence and other factors can drive formulary decision-making.
