Faculty

This supplement to The American Journal of Managed Care is the first in a 2-part series that summarizes the proceedings from a roundtable meeting that was conducted to discuss real-world considerations in nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) and venous thromboembolism. The focus of this supplement is underprescribing of anticoagulants in NVAF. Discussions include the implications of and the reasons behind underuse in this population, and potential strategies for addressing this treatment gap.
