Ashish Jha, MD, MPH, associate professor of Health Polocy and Management, Department of Health Policy and Management, Harvard School of Public Health, says that there are many challenges facing the quality of data used to transform healthcare delivery systems. Dr Jha says it is necessarry to improve the quality of data in information systems and make sure the data are complete in order to support healthcare delivery systems.
