O'Brien, Clinical Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease, Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, who serves as Clinical Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease, talks about opportunities and challenges in the continued advancement of HIV treatments.

In addition, Dr. O'Brien discusses the new policies to diagnose HIV earlier, which helps to suppress the virus and lower transmission. He also talks about the tough decisions ahead regarding the sources of funding needed to improve treatment and keep HIV under control.
