Growing research has pointed to loneliness as a risk factor for adverse health outcomes, and stakeholders around the coutnry have taken on the challenge of addressing the issue. In 2017, CareMore Health introduced their Togetherness Program to focus on these patients’ psychological, social, and physical health.
