Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Specialty Business Announces New Voluntary Virtual Support Tools to Help Employers and Brokers with Remote Open Enrollment Process

The innovative resources provide employers and brokers with flexibility and remote tools to help guide employees in making informed benefit selections.

Denver, Colorado – Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) announced the launch of a comprehensive, member-focused open enrollment option for Voluntary products during a time of limited face-to-face meeting. Dedicated Voluntary virtual support tools are now available to help employers and brokers customize and coordinate enrollment in Voluntary products through new no-contact options as more employees are working remotely.

That’s why we’ve introduced our Voluntary virtual support tools, which includes customized communications for employers and brokers, virtual meetings, dedicated call centers, and an employee online enrollment portal that provides them with materials to make better informed healthcare choices for themselves and their families.”

This comprehensive approach provides employees with access to customized online meetings regarding their voluntary benefits selections, which are available on any internet connected device, making it easier to connect, communicate and get the information they need. Live virtual group meetings include question-and-answer sessions that can be recorded or employees can access simple and dynamic presentations with pre-recorded audio. Fully customizable virtual meeting options are also available to meet the specific needs of employees.
