VIDEO: Louis Burns Talks About Lowering Cost Technology to Improve Patient Care

Innovation in healthcare is becoming more important as the environment continues to evolve. There are a couple key components to increasing the adoption rate of new technologies and ideas in healthcare, according to Burns.

“The industry needs to quit holding on so hard to the past. Change is something they’re adverse to and they’ve got to get a little more risk adverse and start moving forward,” says Burns.
