DC Week: ACA Gets Its Three Days in Supreme Court

It was a historic week in the nation's capital as the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on four separate but intertwined issues regarding the constitutionality of the landmark Affordable Care Act (ACA). But that wasn't the only thing that happened in Washington this week: the House passed a budget bill that included substantial changes to the Medicare and Medicaid programs, and the FDA rejected a petition to ban the chemical bisphenol A, which is used in food packaging.
