Single-agent, subcutaneous epcoritamab generated deep responses in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (R/R CLL).

The 5-year event-free survival EFS) rate was 81.3% with neoadjuvant pembrolizumab/chemotherapy followed by adjuvant pembrolizumab compared with 72.3% in those who received placebo/chemotherapy plus placebo.

The FDA has approved fruquintinib (Fruzaqla) for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who have been previously treated with fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, an anti-VEGF therapy, and, if RAS wild-type and medically appropriate, an anti-EGFR therapy.
