Weeks after the House passed legislation that would repeal the sustainable growth rate (SGR) formula that determines Medicare payments, the Senate overwhelmingly passed the legislation as well. Two days later President Barack Obama signed the bill into law.
The Office of the Inspector General of HHS will review the impact of generic drug price increases on the Medicaid drug rebate program.
