Implementation & Operationalization
How systems design, refine, and sustain programs
Real-world, peer-to-peer discussions on how health systems implement, operationalize, and scale population health programs.
Population Health Roundtables are regional sessions that bring together 6–8 health system leaders and population health stakeholders for focused, solutions-driven discussion. Each session includes stakeholders from multiple health systems and therapeutic areas—creating a rare, cross-functional environment where clinical, operational, and therapeutic perspectives intersect. This diverse mix fosters more proactive, forward-looking conversations that move beyond silos and toward shared strategies for improving population health.
Roundtables focus on specific disease states, aligned with key clinical, operational, and therapeutic priorities, while encouraging collaboration across disciplines to anticipate challenges, identify gaps, and drive more coordinated, system-wide solutions.
This is an invite-only event series. Attendance is limited to ensure discussion stays candid and practical. If you're interested in attending a roundtable, you can submit a participation request and our team will follow up with next steps.
