An article on Everyday Health referenced a study published in the May 2020 issue of The American Journal of Managed Care® (AJMC®). The study, “Economic Burden of Osteoporotic Fractures in US Managed Care Enrollees,” found that patients who faced an osteoporotic fracture could incur a cost of more than $30,000, with an average of $3000 paid by the patient.

An article by Express Healthcare Management referenced a video interview published on AJMC.com, the website of AJMC. The interview, “Dr Erin Gillaspie Discusses New Lung Cancer Developments, Surgery Technologies,” featured Erin Gillaspie, MD, MPH, FACS discussing how surgeries on lung cancer tumors have been made easier through new technology.
