California Hospital, Docs Plan ACO with Blue Shield

The three-year accountable-care agreement must be approved by the California Department of Managed Health Care, according to a Blue Shield of California news release.

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, Newport Beach, Calif., and Greater Newport Physicians have agreed to form an accountable care organization with Blue Shield of California.Read the full story: http://hcp.lv/yVlOiz
