FCS Updates Core Mission, Vision, and Values

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) recently adopted a new mission, vision, and values that will serve as the foundation for their operations.

In continuing their commitment toward world-class cancer care and clinical research, executive leaders of Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) recently adopted a new strategic direction to serve as their mission, vision, and values.

After a months-long process, FCS introduced the updated platform that defines the company’s “why” and “how,” with a focus on excellence, patient experience and innovation.

"We have experienced immense growth and transformation in the past few years—not only in the number of practice locations, but in the types of services we have to offer and in our approach to care,” said Michael Diaz, MD, president and managing physician of FCS. “It is critical that we have the proper lens through which we look forward, make decisions and serve our patients and communities.”
