One that’s worth noting is prescription drug formularies — lists of the generic and brand name drugs that are covered – that are developed to encourage the use of safe, effective, and affordable medications.
These formularies work with safety and effectiveness in mind. The goal is to ensure consumers can get the drug they need that will safely and effectively treat their condition at the most affordable price.
