This week CMS took a step toward building a quality-based payment system and unveiled a new rate proposal for Medicare Advantage and Part D drug program.

More experts are predicting that if the Supreme Court sides with the plaintiff in King v. Burwell it could mean chaos for the health insurance marketplace, as the loss of subsidies will cause healthy individuals to cancel coverage.
