The first installment highlights the news that the Obama administration plans to address 2 common consumers complaints related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
In addition, the administration ordered payers cover birth control after reports that many plans were not following this mandate of the ACA, and it made clear guidance for when insurers must pay for genetic counseling and screening for the BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 genes.
We take a look at the ASCO annual meeting, which is just 2 weeks away, and anticipated clinical trial results to be reported.
