The most important concept we have to realize is that diabetes prevention is more than just weight loss. it’s a change in your lifestyle in terms of healthy eating, exercise, and a change in mindset. It’s not a cosmetic approach, but an approach that will internalize the benefits of these intervention to reduce your risk of chronic disease—not only diabetes but the risk of cardiovascular disease as well.
