The initials for Wei Duan-Porter, MD, PhD, should have been “WD-P.”
Additionally, the initials of another author were inadvertently omitted from the Author Affiliations section. The affiliation of Chad Kessler, MD, should have read “Ambulatory Care Service, Durham VA Medical Center (CK), Durham, NC.”
