Brooke Shearon, MPP

Brooke Shearon, MPP, is a Senior Analyst at DataSpring, powered by CAQH. She leads report development for the Index, including the new Index Pro platform. As part of the Advisory and Insights team, she transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights that help healthcare leaders make informed decisions about automation, investment, and strategy. Her work draws on expertise in quantitative research, health economics, and program evaluation to support industry progress toward greater efficiency and interoperability.

Prior to joining DataSpring, Brooke was an associate with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where she contributed to health policy research for government and non-profit partners.

Brooke holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and a BA in Public Policy and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
