Rachel Goldstein, MPP

Rachel Goldstein, MPP, is Vice President of Advisory & Insights at DataSpring, where she leads research, thought leadership, and industry initiatives focused on health care data quality, interoperability, clinician experience, and administrative simplification. With deep expertise in clinician workflows and the factors that drive adoption of new technologies, she works with health plans, provider organizations, health tech, and industry associations to advance practical solutions that improve health care data and support the responsible use of artificial intelligence in health care. Rachel also leads the Provider Data Collective and DataSpring's Provider Advisory Council, bringing together industry leaders and practicing clinicians to inform health care innovation.

Prior to DataSpring, Rachel held leadership roles at Apixio (now part of Datavant), where she led the Clinical Insights product portfolio, and at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Veterans Health Administration.

Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
