Henish Bhansali, MD

Henish Bhansali, MD, FACP, is a leader in value-based care (VBC), most recently serving as the chief medical officer of Medical Home Network (MHN), where he led VBC transformation for 350,000+ Medicaid and Medicare patients at FQHCs across eight states. Previously as VP and senior medical director of care navigation at Oak Street Health, he developed specialty and diagnostic care strategies, including network sculpting and integrating e-consults for 100,000+ Medicare Advantage (MA) patients, across 22 states. In 2021, he joined Duly as senior VP of MA, managing an $840M budget for 90,000 full-risk MA and REACH patients, focusing on total cost of care, HEDIS/STARS performance, care model design and delivery, population health, and payer relationships. Dr Bhansali has formal training in VBC from HBS, serves on the NAACOS Board of Directors, is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, is a Presidential Leadership Scholar, and holds board certification in internal and obesity medicine. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois, teaching population health in their MHA program.
