Jeffrey Dlott, MD

Jeffrey Dlott, MD, is the medical director of Quest Diagnostics General Health and Wellness and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. In 2018, the company launched CCM services nationwide to help providers close gaps in care for patients with multiple chronic conditions. In Dr. Dlott’s more than 13 years with Quest, he has served in leadership roles in Coagulation, Immunohematology, and Knowledge Management and Medical Education.
