The article, “Diabetic Amputations May Be Rising in the United States,” examined a study published in Diabetes Care that found lower-limb amputations may be rising in the United States after decades of decline. This comes amid reports of rising rates of diabetes and obesity among young adults and soaring insulin costs, which may mean diabetes is not being effectively treated. The article was additionally referenced by Yahoo Finance.
An article by Voice of America, titled “College Revenues Shrinking During Coronavirus Pandemic,” cited an interview published on AJMC.com.
