He says that the coalition specifically enables stakeholders to engage in important discussions about accountable care, as well as other ongoing health reform initiatives.
“It allows us to share our thinking and our creativity about finding ways to solve the healthcare problems that we’re facing with,” Dr Slonim says. “It’s an open dialogue, it’s protected, and there are opportunities for us to really get into the grassroots conversations about what problems exist, and how we might solve them together.”
